2. Drop-Off or Send-In Your Device

If you are based in Pretoria, you can arrange to drop off your device at our service center:

Please note: All drop-offs are strictly by appointment.

If you are located outside Pretoria, you can securely courier your device to us for repair.

3. Diagnostics Report

Once your device has been fully diagnosed, we provide a detailed diagnostic report along with a clear and comprehensive quotation outlining the cost of repair.

Before any work begins, you will be required to review and approve the quotation. A 50% deposit is required to proceed.

Upon approval, our technicians carry out the necessary repairs using professional tools and industry-standard techniques. Throughout the process, we keep you informed with regular updates to ensure complete transparency and peace of mind.

5. Quality Check

After completing the repair, your device undergoes a comprehensive quality check. This ensures optimal performance, reliability, and that the issue has been fully resolved.

Your repaired equipment is carefully packaged and prepared for collection or delivery. For courier returns, we ensure secure packaging so your device arrives safely and in excellent condition.
